TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

By confirming your order, you accept the following terms & conditions:

 

1)      The total price you pay is stipulated at the point of payment.  Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for promotion.  

2)      Delivery charges are only applicable for delivery to addresses with UK mainland.

3)   LoveBums will acquire proof of postage (which will be readily available to the customer should they require it). Once an order has been posted it becomes the customers responsibility to place a claim if goes astray in the postal system. 

4)      Customers outside the UK mainland will be notified of delivery costs applicable to their location, LoveBums will not accept  an order until the customer has accepted the revised delivery price. 

5)      Whilst LoveBums will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur.  If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.

6)      All goods are subject to availability.

7)      Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the website.

8)     Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by LoveBums of your order.  All orders are subject to approval by us.

9)      Provided you keep the goods in ‘as new’ condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 days of delivery.  You must communicate withdrawal to us within that 7 day period.  LoveBums reserves the right not to reimburse the delivery charge where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.

10)     LoveBums offer a 14 day returns policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • LoveBums will only accept the return of non faulty goods if they are unwashed and unsoiled.

  • Refunds for non faulty goods will not include postage costs.

  • At our discretion, LoveBums will exchange, repair or refund (including postage costs) any product that is found to have a confirmed fault or defect.  This is subject to the goods not having been misused in any way.

  • All refunds will be issued in one of  the following tender types:

11)  These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

12)  The laws of England & Wales shall govern this contract and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
